Don't allow users to PM until X amount of posts

Is there a way to do a mod to set that up? Does one already exist maybe? Or do I just not see the way to setup usergroups to do that. I use 3.6.4

You are welcome and it's a great add-on to the community to entice others to start posting before they using the PM system. Keeps alot of PM spammers at bay on some of the forums we have done work on for others, where we found it reasonable within 10 - 20 posts before letting them use the PM system.

Contribute to the free forums = more privileges, it's only forum etiquette especially if your forums are free and wide open to the public.
