problems with submitting scores need Support please
 

hi all
members are having problems with submitting scores on ibproarcade on the forum and i have the latest one installed 2.6.3+. they just get a sent back to the start.
is there anything i not set or can set to sort this or is it a bug ?

hope u can understand what i meen coz my spelling is realy bad :(

i think you are missing Arcade settings so please go in your ACP > Arcade > Arcade Main Settings ,, here u need to check score settings.

i look in there but i cant see were to do it :(
any ideas ?

i'm having this same problem. i play a game, a score (NO scores have been saved for this game at this point), and when game ends it kicks me back to index.php (NOT my arcade) w/ some querystring options (/index.php?act=Arcade&do=newscore).... score never gets saved. I've checked all my options and re-done my high scores per the Score Tools area. no soup.

if your index.php is not the original one from vBulletin, check AdminCP -> Arcade -> Information for closer information (it will detect this and show what to do)

Well I think i found the problem, I just installed this maybe a few weeks ago so I didn't lose much. Not sure if you want to go through the same steps but this seems to fix it for me.... I'm sure there's a better way, In Arcade Go to // Games List // then click on Default // you're see duplicate high school games, I went ahead and deleted them,I was able to repeatedly save the high scores after doing this. Like I said I'm sure there's a better way but it worked for me...

Or maybe try deleting reg, game and keep high score, it should work ether way...

Well, having duplicate games could avoid scoresaving, that is right...
