Registration date instead of birthday

Hi ,

I'm looking for a mod , that send an congratulation e-mail to the user who compelete one year of registration , thanking him for being with us for that # of years.

it's look like the birthday e-mail , but the mod will check the date of registration instead of the birthday.

I hope I made it clear. :p
