usergroups changed

Hello

I have some usergroups when write any post and make any changes on the font color or size or add photo apper the Codes like this photo:

and other usergroups apper the editing without the code and the chaged applyed on the text like this photo:

and usergroups see a windows nodify for new PM and other usergroups didn't see ths window.

I didn't make any chages on usergroups settings.

Please tell me how to solve it
and make all usergroups see the PM nodify window and didn't see the edit code.

Thats pretty easy. The first usergroup has some settings, like WYSIWYG editor enabed by default and the other one is not. Same thing with the PM. You can edit it by ACP > Usergroups > Edit Usergroup XXXXX. Note replace XXXX with your usergroup name.

I didn't find WYSIWYG in usergroup settings.
Where can I find it?

Just click on https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2011/07/26.gif in the WYSIWYG editor
