FTP issues Me Or Host

Command: STOR mysqlbackup.php
Response: 553 Could not create file.
Error: Upload failed

I can download anything but i cant upload whats the deal here anyway?

If i connect via front page i can do anything i want

These Errors occur with both filezilla and smartFTP
