Avatar sizes

I want everyone on my forum to have the their avatar the same size and shape. I don't mind if some people don't have one at all but I want everyone who has one to have it the same size and shape.

Is there a mod that re-sizes/crops avatars as they're uploaded? Or one that resizes the display on the fly?
