vb.org Archive - Need some help with a <IF> conditional

Why does the below conditional does not work in the forumhome template,anyone?I had it inserted in my side column in the forumhome template.Is there something else that needs to be called for?Hook or?:confused:

The path to my image.php is correct,by the way,but it still doesnt works.

I got it figured out and heres how to those who might be interested.just simply create a plug-in using those require_once('./includes/functions_user.php'); and so on and attach it to the global_start hook in vbulletin product and adding the show avatar codes to your side column forumhome template does it.
