Why does this happen?
 

When my members seem to post a bunch of questions in a thread, they end up all bunched up like not on different lines, even tho they did space them out when they typed them up, etc. This also happens when they copy and paste a news article, etc.

Any ideas on what could be causing this??

Maybe WYSIWYG is turned off? (What you see is what you get.)

Hmmm.. so would this be on the users end or something in the Admin CP I can fix?

Well, the users could simply press the "A/A" on the top right side of the text box (like in quick reply), or you could go to the Admin CP, and in vBulletin options under "Message Posting Interface Options", you could select "Enable Standard & WYSIWYG Controls" for the text boxes that you want in WYSIWYG mode.
