In the Admin Control Panel:

VBulletin Options > User Registration Options >

In there you can Set the Registration Rules that You Like, by Setting to Yes/No the Options, and also Choosing the Default Options that you'd like the New Users to Have!! :up:

there is no option to disable the rules in registration options, I checked before

Then perhaps you can Set the UnRegistered Group to have Posting Permissions!! :up:

A minimum of Information is Always Asked during the Registration Process!! Perhaps Editing Templates and Php Files could take away some of the Options, that's a Question for Top Programmers here at vBulletin!! ;)

2. Replace with forum Rules
3. Disable completely
