Weird problem not letting me center my forums nicely with some resolutions.

I used to have admanagement on my page, and I could not put the side column because it would stretch the hell out of my page on my 1024 by 768px resolution which is the highest my laptop goes. So I took out the shoutbox, and it fit nicer; but I need the shoutbox so I just got rid of the side column. So recently I got vBadvanced.. and I cannot fit both side columns without it stretching the page yet again, but I went to another vbadvanced portal and it all fits nice on my resolution. Could someone let me know how I could make my page adjust nicely to all resolutions with these side columns included?
