"Best" is a matter of opinion. U can ask 10 different people here and get 11 different answers. Post your request in the service requests forum and if anyone contacts you decide for yourself if they're good enough for your needs.

Ideally looking for the following:

1. Someone with incredible design skills - knowledgeable to the extreme with vbulletin
2. I'm building a surfer forum that will grow to large traffic amounts and is very dynamic in nature and I need someone that can tune a lot of different things within the forum technically
3. Would prefer to find someone that can bring some ideas to the table as well..

I need / want - quality, reliable, focused :cool:
