Full justify for WYSIWYG?

Hello!

Is there a way to add full justify block in existing WYSIWYG editor?

It looks like this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2007/08/27.gif and it justify text block to both left and right margins.

Hope someone have a solution for this.
