scores not saving

I have just done a new forum install.

and put the latest version of the arcade on, this has worked ok, but is not saving any scores.

I have vbAdvanced portal installed......

and have added the required text onto my Forums home page...... which is renamed forums.php

i have enabled debuging, and in the arcade Management it says.

Notice:
Your forum's mainpage is not index.php - please make sure to adapt your /forums.php otherwise scores won't be recorded! You will find detailed instructions in the ibProArcade-archive: INFO - vbadvanced or other Portal.txt or in this popup-window
this is only informing me to add the text into the forums.php page for the scores to save.... But they are already their.

anything else to try.....

it just goes back to the VBA portal page when i click submit the score.

I think it was me being confused......

I thought that the Forums Index.php file had to have the additional text....... i added this text and then renamed it to forums.php

then i renamed cmps_index.php to index.php

the scores were not saving, but now i have added the additional text into the new index.php page, the scores are saving.

So it seems that whatever page you have as Index.php MUST have the additional text added to it.

Yes, that is right. The games submit their result to index.php and don't know/care what this file is from :)
