It is hard for me to review sites that are in languages I don't know, but there's a few major things that pop out at me:

--Initial page took a while to load
--Your lastpost.gif icon is coming up as red X's in the top 2 boxes on the page
--I think your colors and layout look pretty basic. I'm not too hot on the color combination--it could have a little more spice and life! ;)
--Your dropdowns are still grey and blue
--The postbit could be customized a bit, I'm a big fan of that!
