Best Way To Set Up Warnings?
Hi,
Ok I want to start clamping down on spamming etc on my forum. So this is my first vB board. I notice there is an infractions thing built onto it. Is this the right thing im looking for? Its basically so admins and mods can warn users with points or a percentage and when they hit so far... 50%/5 points = 1 day suspension 75%/8 points = 1 week suspension 90%/9 points = 1 month suspension 100%/10 points = banned And also if possible it shows a little bar, sort of like the rep bar in your posts at the avatar bit to show how much a member is warned etc. I know this is a long shot but just wanna know the best one for this sort of thing. Thanks, Rowan |

The infractions system would be best way to go, it's a stock vBulletin feature and should be well tested.

I was just looking at those two hacks that dismas sugggested and they both look very good. If I was to use one (which I probably am) I would use the 'Smith' one. I'm just wondering as to wether they work on the full 3.6.x spectrum.

Thanks for the help guys.. Ill decide on one of them and get it installed ;)
