Report Post button?

I just purchased version 3.6.7. I would like to show the "Report Post" button. I have looked into the admin control panel looking for where I need to toggle a setting, but haven't found it yet. Please help.

It should show up automatically. I'm not sure, but there might be a usergroup setting for this. Take a look in that.
