Requiring X Posts To Post In Forum?

Ok.
What I want to do is require users to have say 5 posts before they can post in a certain forum. I can't find this option in VB nor can I find a Mod for it.
Have anyone got any direction on this?
Would appreciate it.

You can also do this with promotions if you want to do it with functionality that's already built into vB from the start.
