reputation on reply to a thread
 

I would like to see a hack where in certain forum that if a member gets a reply to their thread they are automatically +repped

so good contributors on the forum get the rep they deserve even if a leecher just comes along and replies to a thread to see hidden content and doesnt leave any +rep for whatever they get that is hidden

anyone think this is possible where you will be able to chooser per forum in which you want a hack like this enabled??

That would be a cool idea....but how would the site handle it when people have reached their limits or for rep-whores?

it would handle it the same way as normal....still let them reply but just not give any rep....

It's possible, and pretty much a copy & paste job more than anything else, I would expect.

so do you know of anything that does this or would be willing to build it real quick?
