Keep Logged in members, stop additional logins

Is there a hack or Mod that will allow already logged in members to continue their session and exit when they're done but block logins so that my forum will slowly empty out?

When I need to reboot, I have to cut people off and I wish I could just stop new logins and let those already on finish. My site is relatively small.
