get lastest thread on a selected forum on non-vbpage?

Hello coders,
I'm making my own Page for my Forums.
I would like to set my page to show "Lastest Thread (include Post, pagetext) from a forum (ex. forumid = 2)"
Can anyone help me with this?
It's something like News by vBadvanced. But it's too difficult for me :(
