link to user?

is there a mod available to do this?

when u click on a user name in posbit there is a drop down to pm user and a few other options and maybee in the users profile too somewhere.

what i would like is a direct link for staff only to go to the users profile in the admin cp. where we can edit options and make changes. would this be hard?
