Customizer for RSS Feed
 
The idea I have is to create a page where the user can create his own custom feed.

It would simply list out all the publicly viewable forums and the user could "check" which ones he wants an a link to external.php would be created with the corresponding forum ids.

I know this is doable "by hand" very easily, but i don't expect my users to take the time to do this.
