Question on Uploading this Mod

Here's the mod:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=106239

Now, my question is, it tells me in the directions to extract and upload the "Upload" folder to my server. However, I already have an "Upload" folder on my server for my forums themselves. Is this folder to be completely seperate (renamed) or is it to somehow overwrite (I doubt it)?

What does it mean? what do I need to do?

upload the files inside the "upload" folder to the directories concerned!!

therefor if it's in a folder named includes, via ftp upload the files into your includes folder. hope this helps.

also i hope you are using vb 3.5!! if you are using the latest version of vb(3.6.7 pl1) then use the latest version of anymedia by "nix"

any questions just ask here or alratively follow the instructions within the folder

On following the installation directions. It's asking me to "Import the English.xml file in the import folder. (Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product]).

My question is, where is this import folder it's talking about and is this step even very necessary?
