Looking for modification that allows use VB text editor

I use VB on my site. I also have articles and photos on my site. I want to use VB text editor (little bit modified) to allow users to post comments and articles.

Is there modification or script that will allow to do that?

If there is no such modification, how can I use build in text editor to allow users to add comments to non VB pages?
