Where do I download?

Okay, so I understand how to create a BB Code.

However, when these hacks have files involved, where do I put the files?

IT depends on the hack. Some hacks require you to place them in the acp, the root directory, or another directory. Most authors will copy vBulletin's default directory structure to help you with the upload, but if they don't you will need to refer to the hack thread / install instructions on where to put these files.
