Is there an ads module for this?...
 
hi

I'm planning on integrating vBulletin into my existing non-profit website.

However I'm after a donation option (thinking the paypal easy donate module) and also an ads system that allows users/non-users to create their own banner, upload it to my site, pay for it through paypal, admin then verifies it, and then displays and rotates the ads in my website header for a set period of time.

Is there any module that can do the second thing?

Not quite what I'm looking for, as it doesn't have any paypal integration.
