How do I collect failed register attempts?
 

Is there anyway to collect failed register attempts?

I did download a "log logins hack" and it collects the actual logins of registered users onto my forum. However, I am wanting to know if it is possible to get the failed register attempts of those failing to sign into my forums. Would my ISP be able to provide me a report of all IPs hitting my server?

Any suggestions?

The reason I am asking is that I am getting a lot of people entering bogus screen names and password in an attempt to log in. I would actually like to know every time someone attempts to log into my forums or attempts to log into my forums.

This is real import that I find a solution. I really want to be able to help people who are trying to login into my site. If I could see the email address they entered, I could then email them back and help them.

Any suggestions?
