plugins causing DB error help
 

right were do i start lol im new to this and having big probs lol

please excuse my spelling i know its terible lol not somthing i can help.

whats happening

everytime i install a plugin it stops me from editing the usergroups?

i installed vbshout and that stoped it so i looked up the fixes and it didnt work so i just uninstalled it to make the changes needed then i put it back problem solved for now lol but then... i instaled v3arcade and need to do the permissions but it wont let me so i uninstalled vbshout again but it still didnt let me change usergropes damm so i cant get arcade to worl lol coz to change usergroupes i have to uninstall it but then i cant set permissions because its uninstalled lol a bit stuck.

just to let you know i can edit usergroups if i uninstall all products and plugins except PPdonations that allows it to still work?

You are missing a filed named mgccustomusergroupperms.
I don't know which hack causes this, but the prefix MGC seems to be commonly used by https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=47177

If you have uninstalled a hack, you probably forgot to remove its files. Make sure you do that.

i had a prob befor trying to install mgc chatbox so i gave up lol i just checked and removed old files as you said and sorted thank you very much.:)
