Moderator application?

In my forum, every global moderator has his own category.
I thought it would be nice, that a global modeartor can post a message that he seeks for moderator in a certain forum in his category. than a user can fill an application, and the global moderator get's the application, he reviews it, and decides whether he sould accept the application or reject it.
