Add a text between navbar and forum,

Id like to know how i could add a short text betwxeen navbar and forum?
what template i have to modify? what is the code to add a text with color, font, size, background color etc...? where to insert it in the template?

At the end of your navbar would be the place.

You can use <font color="red" size="3"> for the decoration

You need to first add a phrase in your admincp and use this
