5 latest/hotest threads into a facebook addon

I was wondering if someone could make a face book content box which will display the 5 latest/hottest discussion happening in a vbulletin forum.

vbulletin has javascript and xml syndication for the latest threads... but I'm guessing you can't use javascript on facebook? xml maybe with css formatting?
