Allow users to change username case

Hi,

When we migrated our users from another forum into vBulletin, all of the names were converted to lowercase. I've seen the plugin that allows users to change their username, but I only want them to be able to change the case.

If nobody has a mod for that, I could try installing that and then modifying it.
