is there an addon to track posts based on criteria for paid posting?
 

If I wanted to pay forum posters for each post they made but wanted to track posts so that only posts with X number of characters in them would count as well as only posts in certain forums...along with posts in reviews sections, photo sections, etc...

Is there an addon already that could keep track of this and put out a monthly or weekly report?

If not would it be difficult?

And to take it one step further, could a payment system be implemented to automatically pay out to these people with a paypal account or something?
