What happens to long signatures after reducing the allowed # of signature lines?
Hi all,
I guess this is an easy question with an easy answer - if I change the allowed "Maximum Lines in Signature", what happens to existing signatures that are longer than the new value? Are they being truncated? Best, Tobias |
To my knowledge, no - users whose signatures don't follow the signature rules remain unchanged; they'll only be confronted with a warning of the maximum length the next time they try to change their signature.
