Specific Members User Options
 

I want to add Can Not Edit and Can Not Delete Posts to a few members , But dont want the whole user group to suffer , How can i do this With out creating a new user group?

Not possible?

What do you guys do when letting a Mod Go? How do you prevent them from deleteing/editing there posts ?

I don't believe that the cant delete/edit features are possible on a member basis, only usergroup. I could be wrong tho?

As for booting a mod - just put the former mod in another usergroup and select no for can edit own posts/can delete own posts.

adding more settings per-user is a solution for you, but not for the software itself, as it will add redundant processes...

the simpliest thing is to create usergroups with specific permissions...

create a new usergroup and add the "Can Not Edit and Can Not Delete Posts " members to it

eg
same group
same group (no edit/delete)

I would need 2 of these groups as 1 was a Paid SubScriber and the other not

This is Dumb having to create 15 user groups to make things work . We need to be able to allow Individual forum permissions Like the Admin Permissions for Mods that dont work At All

No One agrees that it would be nice to beable to disalllow specific permissions with specific Members w/o Having to have 200 User Groups ?
