can i make it so that the vb logo (top left of forums) is a .swf file that when hovered over expands overlaying the navbits_start.gif and the forum links? :confused:

is this something inflicting with vB's .php because i've seen plenty flash ads on websites that expand covering parts of the page. Is it because that might have been just simple .html?

They're just floating Javascript objects, with HTML in them. They are probably plenty of tutorials for that, search on Google.
