I was wondering that is it possible to get password to entering the BBS site, so that the useraccount would be checked from user database of the forum? (i mean that you can't even look at the pages without knowing the passwd)

Already a feature. In your control panel options. Under User Groups and Permissions...Set the option for viewing for those who are not registered/not logged in to "no".
