i am getting a following error , when i am making some changes in moderators usergroup

It seems that you have recently uninstalled a hack. You must remove all the files associated with it. The problem file should be a bitfield*.xml file located in 'includes/xml'.

yeah i have uninstalled a hack , coz it was not working properly then i reinstalled and working fine now, and the updating problem is coming since then ..

can i get in detail how to resolve that ..
