Friday 13th - What went wrong!

So, its Friday the 13th, everything is destined to go wrong today

For me it wasn't great, had a hangover this morning, had to get up at 10 for a delivery and then realised my server was dead. Only got it working again at 2pm :(

So, what bad things have happened to you today?

It was my first day back to work after a three day weekend :(

My day was actually pretty good.

We have a system for project amendments at work (PAFs, basically modifying the code in projects). Normally each PAF is assigned to one programmer who does the work, tests it, signs it off etc. Occasionally a very large PAF needs several programmers working on it.

The other week I did a very minor bit of work as per of one such PAF - today it got re-assigned into my name, which means I now get all the queries about it, even though I know nothing about 95% of what has been done !!

i was supposed to bring the kids to the beach yesterday afternoon... that ended up camping after the beach AND the soccer match...

so the damn camping/beach was 1 hour from home, and the kids where hectic... and we slept with the baby between me and my wife... damn 2 years old baby who can't stand someone in her bed... i was continuously pushed aside...

so i did not sleep more than 10 minutes last night... and the day... AARRGGHHHHH

Your day (just like any other day) generally speaking of course is what you make it and everything "bad" that may have happened is simply just another day, it's called life.

My day was great but then I will have to be awkward.

I slept all day. ;)

I lost my cell phone this morning... I think I dropped it on the bus. I'll have to see if the driver found it when I go back to work next week. This may be an opportunity for me to grab an iphone. ;)

I doubt the bus driver will find your phone. Unless it was you and the driver all alone.

Seems I got through the day relatively unscathed, phew. :)
