How do you edit the PHP in 3.6?
I saw this thread: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=103536
And I am trying to add it to my forum, but it seems that the instructions for: Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> ? ? -> PHP Include Code Templates -> phpinclude_start seem to be outdated. How do you do this in the newer versions? |
actually, you do not have to do this in 3.6... that is now an integrated feature... since 3.5 !!
|
Really? On all of my installations of 3.6.7 it doesn't have any meta description, and certainly doesn't read the content of the first post into a meta description.
|
I'm not sure what he is referring to, but what you want certainly isn't a default feature.

Do you know what a meta description tag is? I am trying to get my meta description tags on the thread pages to contain the first say 20 words of post #1 from that thread. |
