No, unfortunately it is not.

if you want to play with the code, it is not that complicated... you just need to replicate the process to enter a new profilefield, and you'll have your answer...

I suppose you could with PHP cURL, but it would be quite complicated.

No need to do it with cURL, you just need to do as nexialys suggested in replicating what goes on when adding a custom field.
