clickable banner

My banner on my forum is "clickable"... but how do I create one that I'll be able to put on another forum that a user will be able to click on to visit my site??

the <a href="" is the part of the code that directs where the user is directed when clicked on, the <img src="" part is were the image is located, you can use target="_blank" to open it in a new window.
