usergroup manager

How can i remove stuff from the usergroup manager?

A plugin I installed, left the options in usergroup manager but with out the text and now when i try to update the usergroup I get an error caused by this.

You need to remove the bitfield_*.xml file associated with the product in 'includes/xml'.
