Text/Banner in specific subforum

Is ist possible to show for ex. only a specific banner in just one subforum? Let me say i got a subforum called "Sports" and i want in this forum an advert banner with the theme sport, how can i do this (i just want it in that subforum)? Same for the footer i want to put a link just in one subforum?
