Urgent help needed please forums not working on new host

i moved from godaddy to jaguarpc and my forums wont work, i edited the config file and still nothing. any idea at what else it could be?

Hmm, im with them, and i'v had no problems whats so ever with them..

seems its unable to access the DB. Have you still kept it as "localhost" ? You maybe better off asking tech support if their MySQL DB is saved on the same server or elsewhere.

i asked their tech support and they dont know, they actually told me to ask vbulletin

Well vb doesnt know your server specs, your host isn;t very professional if it doesn;t know that...
