is there some special thing you have to do to post on vb.com

been registered there since i bought my vbulletin licence but never had need to post until now and i find i cant post

is this usual??

all i want is some help to add a refresh to the newpost forum kind of like how wol refreshes itself automatically.

the guys at vb.com will not help on any modification you require, you have to ask here... and if no answer come, that's because nobody wants to do it...
