What's this AD hack?

On http://board.rapbasement.com they have banner ads for the forum categories. You see where it says "Proudly Supported By:" and then there's a banner below.

Does anyone know what hack they are using for that?

i suppose that's my own hack, i sold a copy to a rap admin lately... did not know the url, so i suppose they are... lol

we do not have access to that forum without registering, so we do not know.

ahh ok. Well, I'm attaching a screenshot of the site. It seems like he can add a banner for each forum category.

They also seem to have the same sort of hack over at http://board.rapmusic.com/index.php which you can see without registering.

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's not that. I know I've seen a hack for this a very long time ago.
