Event Comments (updating old hack)

I'm trying to tackle updating this mod for myself. I thought since the hack is mostly there (just outdated) that it's at least a step up from "Modification Not Available"... and maybe you all might be more willing to help! :)

What Doesn't Work

- Product Installer doesn't create tables in DB. (However manually running all the queries allows the hack to *mostly* work)
- WYSIWYG breaks comment posting (Says message is too short)
- Comment postbit is broken.
- Quick reply toolbar is totally broken (Although I fixed the template, but WYSIWYG doesn't work so there is no point in a working QR editor toolbar anyway)

Well, anyway, I thought maybe one of you coders much smarter than me might want to tackle this, and get permission to release it!
