How do I: move the copyright text...

I want to move the copyright text from the center, to the left, like its done here on
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/index.php

How do I do this?

I also want to add a footer image that will go behind the text, how do I do that?

Edit the footer template.

ya i know that, but I'm not sure what needs to be edited (noob here) could you please explain what needs to be added to do these options?

What he posted should move it from Center to left.

Ok maybe this will help better explain what I want to do:

I want to have the CopyRight text under the table that has the contact us, archive, top links in it and have that aligned to the left so that it aligns with the width of the forum, just like vbulletin.org forums have it. I then want to include links on the right side just like in the picture.

Basiclly I want to do exactly the same style of footer that is on these forums, the same layout.

Can you please help me!
