Error On Page
 

Hello,

Sorry if this is not the right forum, looked like the best fit to me. Feel free to move if it is incorrect!

I have been getting some "Error On Page" errors on the bottom left of my internet explorer lately. I think it could be from a mod/add-on that I installed, but I am not entirely sure. Small things are not working such as clicking on one's name and selecting private message this user, subscribing to threads, and also reputation points not working. It's not in every forum, or every post, just select ones. It is never on the index.php, only on showthread.php and forumdisplay.php. When I click to show the error I get this:

Thats all I can think of right now, we have also done countless template modifications as you can see.
